EXCHANGE

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. This is applicable only on new books or toys subject to if they are damaged to a certain degree. Under no other circumstances, the goods will be returned or refunded. We take care that books are packed properly, however in case of any damage in transit we do not take returns for the same. We do not guarantee the working of new and preloved music/sound books. No preloved items will be returned or refunded or exchanged. Please check the description carefully before buying them. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected] with the images of the entire product and damaged part. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. reloved books will be a bit used, the condition will be mentioned in the description. Preloved books are not returnable. 

 

Wrong Item received 

If a wrong item is received it needs to be intimated within 24 hours of the item being delivered. Also the shipping label and the package needs to be preserved in this case. Please send us the video of the item showing the shipping label and the AWB no clearly on the package. Any queries post 24 hours of the delivery cannot be processed. A resolution will be provided post the query is published with the video within 24 hrs.  

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like preloved books and toys, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), items on stock clearance, buyer damager and personal hygiene products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

FAQ 

All Items are non returnable, unless the item received is damaged. We will review the request before approving the return. For preloved, stock clearance and music books there is not return at all. 

You need to send us the images of the product received from all sides. Also mention the part which is damaged. This needs to be sent on our support email address

From 3-4 days it takes to approve the return request. Post approval you can send the order as per the instructions provided. You need to bear a cost for the courier while returning the item. The refunds usually take 3-4 days more post the return item is received by us. 

Exchange is not allowed. You can raise a return request and simultaneously can raise new product request. However, return is subject to approval. 

All preloved books, toys, products. Music/ Sound books, pre ordered products, personalised products or custom made products.
